We Distributed Free Gluten-Free Products to Celiac Patients in Bulanık

Our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican attended the event organised in Bulanık District Governorate within the scope of "Buckwheat Cultivation and Propagation Project in Muş Ecology" where gluten-free products were distributed free of charge to celiac patients.

The program was attended by Bulanık District Governor and Bulanık Deputy Mayor Oğuzhan Ocak, Advisors Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yaşar and Assoc. Prof. Dr. İrşad Sami Yuca, Bulanık Vocational School Director Prof. Dr. İrşad Sami Yuca, Malazgirt Vocational School Director Assoc.Prof. Dr. Adem Aktaş, President of Muş Celiac Association Assoc. Prof. Dr. Züleyha Almaz and celiac patients and their families. District Governor Oğuzhan Ocak thanked our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican and our academicians who contributed to this awareness and service created under the leadership of our University and stated that they are ready to do their part to make the project reach a wider range.

Our Rector underlined that they will be with celiac patients within the scope of our project and will provide seeds to farmers who want to become buckwheat growers, and expressed his gratitude to our team, Muş Mayor Feyat Asya, Bulanık District Governor Oğuzhan Ocak, Muş Public Bread Manager Suat Bulut and Muş Celiac Association volunteers who contributed to the project.
