Visit from Prof. Dr. Elmastaş to Our Rector
The Rector of Bitlis Eren University, Prof. Dr. Necmettin Elmastaş, and his accompanying delegation paid a visit to our Rector, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican. During the visit held at the Rectorate office, Rector Alican expressed his gratitude to the guests for their kind visit.
