"TUBITAK 2219" Qualification

Assoc. Dr. Bekir Yıldırım was entitled to go to the USA as part of the TÜBİTAK 2219 Postdoctoral Research Scholarship.

Yıldırım will continue his studies on STEM education at the University of Minnesota STEM Center in the USA for 1 year with the support of TÜBİTAK. Yıldırım, who completed his doctorate on STEM Education, has 9 books on the subject, 4 SSCI publications, 37 national and international scientific studies, as well as TÜBİTAK and EU projects he participated in.
Making a statement on the subject, Yıldırım said, “I am very excited to take my studies on STEM education to a different dimension. It will be a good experience for me to examine STEM education practices in Turkey and the USA comparatively.”
