Our Rector participated in Earthquake Week Activities

Within the scope of the Earthquake Week activities held at Bulanık Vocational School, our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican visited the Red Crescent, Afad and Green Crescent stands in the garden of Bulanık Vocational School.

Bulanık District Governor Oğuzhan Ocak, Rector Advisors Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yaşar and Assoc. Prof. Dr. İrşad Sami Yuca, Bulanık Vocational School Director Prof. Dr. İrşad Sami Yuca, Malazgirt Vocational School Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adem Aktaş, Bulanık Vocational School staff and many students attended the visit.

In the Earthquake Week activities, which not only create awareness but also constitute an important step to ensure that the society is prepared for emergencies and disasters, our Rector visited the stands and closely examined the works aimed at raising awareness on this issue and emphasised the importance of Earthquake Week activities. Drawing attention to the necessity of our society to be conscious and prepared for disasters, our Rector pointed out that such activities reinforce the spirit of unity and solidarity.
