Our 60+ Rejuvenation University Project Has Begun!
The 60+ Rejuvenation University, initiated within our university, stands out as a model of elderly education and a social responsibility project focusing on the needs of the aging population across Turkey.
The project, led by Akdeniz University and created by Prof. Dr. İsmail Tufan to promote successful aging, has been launched at Akdeniz University, Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Malatya Turgut Özal University, and as the second institution in the Eastern Anatolia region, under the coordination of Dr. Mehmet Efe at Muş Alparslan University.
In his opening speech at the first lesson held in the Faculty of Islamic Sciences, our Rector, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican, expressed their desire for the entire community of Muş to benefit from the facilities of our University. He highlighted that the Rejuvenation University serves this purpose and expressed pride in being among the first 15 universities to implement the Project.
