Mountain Climbers' Training Continues at the 3rd Winter Development Camp
Organized by the Turkish Mountaineering Federation (TMF) under the auspices of our university, the "Winter Development Camp" continues with both theoretical and practical training sessions.
In this event aimed at helping climbers adapt to challenging natural conditions and develop their ability to intervene in potential adversities, 88 climbers and 7 coaches are continuing their theoretical training sessions at our university's Congress and Culture Center.
Professional climbers from various cities across Türkiye are participating in practical training sessions on techniques such as walking in snow, taking safety precautions, survival skills, building snow caves, and avalanche search and rescue at "Kurtik Mountain."
