MAUN Projects Receive Funding from TÜBİTAK
Projects proposed by MAUN staff and students have been accepted for funding by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK)
Thirteen projects that our students prepared under the supervision of their advisors will be funded by TÜBİTAK. Funded projects are as follows:
-Faculty of Science and Literature: "Effect of Resin Obtained from Pistacia Terebinthus on Plant Injuries" by Berfin Enderci and "Comparison of Herbal Components Traditionally Used in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids and Active Ingredients Used in Modern Medicine Treatment Through Molecular Simulation" by Rakiye Bilbil, students at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetic, under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Sedat Bozarı.
-Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences: “Identifying the Factors Affecting the Choice of Wearing Hijab in the Context of the Relationship between Fashion and Consumption” by Fatma Yoldaş, a student at the Department of Business Administration, under the supervision of Dr. Adem Uysal.
-Faculty of Engineering and Architecture: "Robot Design, Manufacturing and Control for a Haptic-Teleoperation System" by Musa Kubay, a mechanical engineering student, under the supervision of Dr. Tayfun Abut, and "A Mobile App for Celiac Patients in Eastern Anatolia Region” by Esra Yıldırım under the supervision of Res. Asst. Büşra Taşkan. Faculty of Health Sciences: “Investigating the Characterization and Chemical Modification of Fly Ash and Its Adsorption in Methylene Blue Solution” by Pınar Üstündağ, a student at the Department of Occupational Health and Safety under the supervision of Lecturer İlhan Küçük.
-Vocational School of Social Sciences: “Identifying the Mineral Substances and Heavy Metal Contents in Raw Cow Milk Procured from the Central Neighborhoods and Villages of Muş Province” by Ramazan Gökçek, a student at the Department of Cookery under the supervision of Lecturer Neslihan Yıldız.
-Faculty of Sports Sciences: “Examining the Relationship Between Internet Addiction Levels and Nutritional Habits of Students in Sports Sciences” by Merve Ceren Kılıçparlar under the supervision of Res. Asst. Harun Koç.
-Faculty of Applied Sciences: "Determining the Drought Tolerance of Some Sainfoin (Onobrychis Sativa) Varieties Using Polyethylene Glycol" by Merve Akan under the supervision of Res. Asst. Yasir Tufan, "Detection of Insect Fauna and Determination of Population Densities of Some Important Species in Sugar Beet (Beta Vulgaris L.) Fields in Muş Province" by Muhammed Eryaşar under the supervision of Lecturer Ali Bayram, “The Effect of Salt Stress on Germination and Seedling Growth Characteristics of Silage Soybean” by Rümeysa Akan under the supervision of Dr. Mahir Özkurt, “A Study on the Ethnobotany of Muş Province” by İsa Sever under the supervision of Dr. Ahmet Yenikalaycı, "Investigation of the Effects of Boric Acid Pre-Applications on Germination and Early Seedling Development Periods in Sugar Beet Seeds Under Salt Stress" by Zeynep Aytemiş under the supervision of Lecturer Nazlı Colonel Yalınkılıç.
