Labor Contract for Permanent Workers Signed

Our university signed a protocol between our university and the Turkish Trade, Cooperative, Education, Office and Fine Arts Workers' Union (TEZ-KOOP-İŞ), within the scope of “The Public Labor Contract Framework Agreement Protocol” for 148 personnel working as permanent staff.

The contract was signed by our Secretary General Harun Demir and TEZ-KOOP-İŞ Union Diyarbakır Branch President Mehmet Pekgöz. The Labor Contract covering the dates 01.11.2022- 31.12.2024 will be valid for 26 months. Secretary General Demir congratulated the guests and staff making a statement on the subject: “With this protocol, we have signed a contract that takes into account the maximum benefit of our personnel. It's good for both parties."
