Izmir State Theatre Presents "Of Mice and Men" at Our University

The General Directorate of State Theatres staged the play "Of Mice and Men," produced by the Izmir State Theatre, as part of the "Great Anatolian Tour" launched with the slogan "We Have Never Forgotten Anywhere," hosted by our university.

The work, written by John Steinbeck and directed by Gökhan Kocaoğlu, met with art lovers at the 1071 Malazgirt Congress and Culture Centre. "Of Mice and Men," one of the most important works of world literature, offered an unforgettable theatre experience that delves into the depths of human nature and invites its audience on an emotional journey.

Deputy Governors Tahir Yılmaz, Cihat Abukan, Mustafa Batuhan Alpboğa, and their spouses, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Kenan Yıldırım, Secretary General Harun Demir, Muş Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Mehmet Arif Taşdemir, and many art lovers attended the performance.

After the screening, the audience congratulated the director and actors of the play and expressed their satisfaction with watching such a remarkable work on stage.
