Celebrating International Women's Day!
As International Women's Day approaches on March 8th, Assoc. Prof Dr. Atike Yılmaz, Advisor to the Rector, Dr. Esra Çıplak, Director of GESOM, Instructor Bengü Şekeroğlu from the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department, female athletes from the Turkish Mountaineering Federation, along with female academic and administrative staff from our university, and representatives from the Muş Youth Center embarked on a nature walk on our campus.
At the first stop of the walk, at "Çay Bahane" in our university's marketplace, Governor Avni Çakır and our Rector, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican, came together to celebrate International Women's Day. Following a lively conversation filled with colorful moments, they visited the Turkish Mountaineering Federation camp area on our campus to gain technical insights from the athletes.
