Bilateral Cooperation Protocol Signed Between MAUN Technology Transfer Office and Malatya Technopolis

A cooperation protocol was signed between MAUN Technology Transfer Office and Malatya Technopolis. Rector of Inonu University Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kızılay and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. İbrahim Türkmen and Alparslan TTO Manager Assist. Prof. Member Necattin Cihat İçyer and TTO team participated in the signing ceremony held between Malatya Technopolis Director Assoc. Prof. Fatih Kocamaz and Vice Rector of MAUN Prof. Dr. Ulaş Çaydaş.

In addition to corporate cooperation, many new opportunities have opened up under the protocol signed between Alparslan TTO (Technology Transfer Office), which carries out its activities under the Technology Research and Project Coordination Unit of MAUN (TAPKOB) and continues its activities with the aim of providing academic staff-industrial-entrepreneur coordination, and Malatya Technopolis Inc. It is aimed that the cooperation protocol will provide many advantages to the students of MAUN, such as doing internships in Malatya Technopolis R&D companies and obtaining job opportunities specific to their interests.

Malatya Teknopolis will provide technical support to create qualified personnel for the institutional development of MAUN Technology Transfer Office and to increase the service quality. Within the scope of this protocol, academic staff and students who have project ideas and corporate goals will be able to benefit from pre-incubation and incubation services. Mentor assignments can be made for these projects.
 

Events Will Be Organized to Bring Potential Investors and Customers Together

While it was stated that events will be organized to bring together potential investors-customers related to the projects of academic staff and students who are in the process of incorporation, it was also stated that academic staff and students of MAUN can have opportunities such as establishing a company, being a partner, being a manager in a company and providing consultancy services through Malatya Technopolis. In addition, it was also among the information received that academic assignments to be made from MAUN to Malatya Technopolis within the scope of the protocol for the purpose of incorporating and providing consultancy services will not cause any cuts in the development allowance.
