Ashura Catering from our Rector to our Students
A cookery event was organised by our university and prepared by the instructors and students of the Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services, Cookery Programme.
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican and Advisor to the Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özalper attended the programme, which aimed to increase the motivation of our students due to the final exam week, and many students showed great interest. On this occasion, our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican had the opportunity to chat with our students by offering them aşure.
