"A STEAM Example: Battlefield Archaeology" TUBITAK Project Continues in Malazgirt

Supported by TUBITAK 4005 Innovative Educational Applications Support Programme, "A STEAM Example: Battlefield Archaeology" project continues successfully in Malazgirt.

Within the scope of the project, theoretical and practical trainings are given to graduate students in various fields in the training programme carried out in cooperation with our University and Identification, Historical, and Archaeological Surface Research Project of the Malazgirt Battlefield.

Graduate students from all over Turkey are offered lectures on subjects such as Archaeology, Geography, Anthropology, Numismatics, Digital Mapping, Excavation Mathematics, Find Search and Recording by academics who are experts in their fields for a week. The training programme aims to provide students with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in field work.
