Prof. Dr. Yaşar Karadağ mentioned that an annual apple harvest of 1,821 tons is conducted from the apple orchards established in a total area of 3,071 hectares in Muş. He explained that due to the significant temperature difference between day and night in the Muş Plain, apples from various varieties, including Golden, Sarking, Granny Smith, Gürün's Hünkar Apple, and Arap Kızı, were harvested at Aşar Farm in Dilimli Village, which offers a unique taste and aroma.
