The Education Support Platform Meeting was Held at Our University's Faculty of Islamic Sciences
The Education Support Platform (EDP) August meeting for the Muş Province was held at the Muş Alparslan University Faculty of Islamic Sciences, with the previous Minister of Treasury and Finance, Nurettin Nebati, observing.
The meeting, which began with a recitation of the Quran by Mücahit Polat, continued with a brief opening speech by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cahit Karaalp, the Muş Province Representative of EDP. Following the opening, Prof. Dr. Murat Serdar, the Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences at Muş Alparslan University, Prof. Dr. Yaşar Karadağ, the Vice Rector of Muş Alparslan University, Feyat Asya, the Mayor of Muş, and Avni Çakır, the Governor of Muş, delivered welcoming speeches.
After the welcoming speeches, Enver Kıvanç, the Provincial Director of National Education, provided updates on education and teaching and gave information about elective courses. Deputy Mufti Sibel Gül Ülker informed the participants about Quran courses, the status of Quran courses for ages 4-6, and the projects they are implementing. Following the informational speeches, former Minister of Treasury and Finance Nurettin Nebati delivered a speech on the importance of the EDP Platform, charity competitions, the significance of raising a religious generation, the state of Imam Hatip schools and religious education, and the importance of NGOs. The meeting concluded with a group photo session.
