Attention-Grabbing Success on the AD Scientific Index Ranking of Our University
In the 2023 World Scientists and University Rankings of the AD Scientific Index, our university had 39 faculty members with an H-Index score of 5 or higher.
The AD Scientific Index, which is determined using criteria such as H-Index, i10 Index scores, and citation counts used by Google Scholar, announced the results of the 2023 World Scientists and University Rankings. Our university had 39 faculty members with an H-Index score of 5 or higher in the ranking of the AD Scientific Index, which is the first and only mechanism that documents the performance of scientists in the past five years.
The AD Scientific Index ranks the productivity of scientists in their academic publications based on country, university, and field. The rankings are based on projects in 256 disciplines, 19,300 employment institutions, 216 countries, and 10 regions. Within this scope, it ranks over 15,930 universities in 12 fields, including Agriculture and Forestry, Art, Design and Architecture, Business and Management, Economics and Econometrics, Education, Engineering and Technology, History, Philosophy, Theology, Law, and Medicine, according to their achievements.
Our faculty members successfully represented our university in rankings across 12 different core disciplines and were placed in the top 1% and 2% in the H-Index evaluation for Turkey, according to the analytical data for the year 2023.
The AD Scientific Index analyzes the performance of academics based on three main criteria: H-Index, i10 Index, and citation count. In the ranking based on these parameters, which provide critical information about the impact and efficiency of their scientific work, we have five faculty members who have achieved a successful H-Index value of 20 or higher in the last six years.
