"1000 Books, 1000 Students" Festival from Bulanık Vocational School
Just a few days before the 100th anniversary of our Republic, a meaningful event was organized by Muş Alparslan University Bulanık Vocational School.
An important event was held on behalf of children receiving education and training throughout the district, in cooperation with Bulanık Vocational School, Bulanık District National Education Directorate and Bulanık Municipality. With the book festival organized with the theme "1000 Books, 1000 Students in the 100th Anniversary of the Republic", around 150-200 books were provided to each of the 8 village secondary school libraries in Bulanık district. Additionally, within the scope of this event, one book was given as a gift to students in certain classes. There was intense interest in the event in every school visited within the scope of the book festival.
Bulanık Vocational School Director Assoc. Dr. İrşad Sami Yuca emphasized the importance of the event about the book festival organized and said; "The happiness and love of reading on the faces of our children, who are the guarantee of our future, showed that we made the right move. We would like to thank especially our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican for his valuable support in organizing the book festival and ensuring it ran smoothly, and Bulanık District Directorate of National Education, Bulanık Municipality, academic and administrative staff of our School and our students who contributed to the distribution."
